We nurture young hearts with care, build strong minds with guidance, and shape confident futures with love.
The Boys Home of Little Flower Mercy Home Welfare Association provides a safe and nurturing residential facility for boys who are orphaned, abandoned, neglected, or in need of care and protection. The Home functions in accordance with the provisions of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 and operates under the supervision and legal orders of the Child Welfare Committee (CWC), ensuring that every child admitted is produced before the competent authority and placed through proper legal procedures. The Boys Home provides secure accommodation, nutritious food, clothing, formal education in nearby schools, school supplies, medical care, counseling, life-skill training, moral guidance, and recreational activities. Individual care plans are maintained for each child, focusing on holistic development—physical, emotional, educational, and social—while working towards family reintegration, higher education, vocational training, or independent living as per JJ Act norms and child protection standards.
